| Recommended format: | Finger food will be served with drinks upon arrival. As guests mingle Alimento wait staff will circulate with canapés on platters and refreshing guest's drinks.
Guests then seated. Mains served with meat plated up, while salads and potatoes in bowls down table centre for guests to help themselves. Dessert served plated to guests.
