Finger food Lamb doner kebabs with a satay sauce
Thai chicken cakes with lime aioli
Ricotta and spinach cakes with smoked salmon
Roasted baby mushrooms stuffed with parmesean and sundried tomato
Main: Turkey breast baked in garlic, wine, lemon and thyme
Honey glazed ham
Salads & Sides Pumpkin, beetroot and halloumi salad
Sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, orzo pasta with lemon pesto
Mesculun salad with parmesan shaving and balsamic vinegarette
Gourmet potatoes roasted in garlic and rosemary
Dessert Mini Christmas pudding served with fresh whipped cream
Recommended format: Finger food will be served with drinks upon arrival. As guests mingle Alimento wait staff will circulate with canapés on platters and refreshing guest's drinks.

Guests then seated. Mains served with meat plated up, while salads and potatoes in bowls down table centre for guests to help themselves. Dessert served plated to guests.

Menu available out-catered or for functions on-site at Alimento (minimum numbers of 40 for onsite bookings)
