| Notice needed- A minimum of 48 hours notice is needed for all catering orders to ensure we can accommodate your needs. |  |

| Confirmation- Any adjustment to numbers or items ordered must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. Late changes will not be accepted and catering will be prepared and charged as per initial agreement or quote. | |

Delivery- All catering can be delivered in the Tauranga area. A one-off fee of $15 covers delivery in this area. A one-off fee of $25 is charged for the Mount and Bayfair areas.

| Late return of platters- Clients who choose to collect and return their own platters will be charged an additional $10 for every day the platters are outstanding. | |

| Earmarking dates- Alimento cannot reserve a date for your catered event or on-site function at Alimento until contracts have been signed and a deposit received. | |

| Payment- All catering must be paid for on collection unless prior arrangements have been made. Larger jobs will require a deposit. | |

Deposits- For catering and functions costing over $500 an initial deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking. Catering and functions work over $2500 are charged a flat deposit fee of $500. One month prior to the event the remainder of 50% of the estimated cost must be paid. Failure to do so may forfeit your booking.

Final payment- Final account payments are due the day after your event (unless prior arrangements have been made).

Cancellation and refunds- All bookings cancelled forfeit their deposit.

Venue capacity- Alimento can seat up to 75 in the main room and another 35 in the adjoining room up the ramp. Up to 120 can be accommodated in the main room for standing cocktail party-style functions.

Venue availability- As a day-time café Alimento is generally only available for private functions after hours (from 5.30pm on for the main room) or for breakfast groups in the private rear room before 9am. However please talk to us if you are planning a morning tea or lunch function and we will try to accommodate you in our back room.
